The alphabetical classification of words rather than according to the third and fourth derivatives of a word makes it easier to look them up. لقد أنجز هذا القاموس على أساس مجموعة مفردات مأخوذة من برامج ابتدائية متّبعة في عدّة دول عربيّة. فالكلمات مرتبة حسب الترتيب الأبجدي، وليس بالطريقة المعتادة في القواميس العربية، أي حسب الجذر الثلاثي أو الرباعي للكلمة. إن محتوى القاموس مدروس بشكل دقيق كي يتماشى مع حاجات الطفل في سنينه الأولى وسوف يسهم في تطوير الفهم اللّغوي للطّفل في المدرسة وفي البيت.
