Return and Exchange Policy
At Noorart, complete satisfaction is our goal!
However, if our merchandise does not meet your expectations, we offer the following return and exchange options:
1. Received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise (due to our fault):
a. We will gladly replace your item(s) with the same item(s) originally ordered without you incurring any extra fees for shipping and handling. Noorart will send you a UPS label to ship the package back to us.
b. Please notify our customer service department within 10 days of receipt of damaged or defective products at returns@noorart.com, or call us at 1-888-442-5687.
c. Please keep the package as is, and call us immediately for further assistance.
2. Dissatisfied with your purchase:
a. Full refund (cost of item(s) only, no shipping and handling cost refunded).
b. Exchange your item(s) with other item(s) of your choice. If the price of new merchandise is higher than the price of original purchase, the customer pays for the difference in price. The customer also pays for the shipping and handling of all exchanged items.
c.Alternatively, we can also provide you with store credit for future purchases.
d. Important: To qualify for the above options, the item(s) must be:
i. DVDs, CDs, electronics, VHS tapes, audiotapes, or games and puzzles (in original plastic wrapped boxes). Audiotape sets must be unopened and in saleable condition.
ii. Books, flash cards, and posters must be unmarked, unwritten on, unbent, and in new condition.
3. General Rules:
a. Items that do not satisfy the conditions above will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
b. No item(s) will be accepted for return or exchange after 30 days from the customer's receipt of products.
c. Damaged products (not due to our fault) may receive partial or no credit.
d. Opened (not damaged or defective) software, electronics, CDs, audiotapes, VHS tapes, and DVDs will not be accepted for returns.
e. All returned goods needing new packaging and missing parts are subject up to a 50% restocking charge.
f. We will ship the exchanged item(s) after we receive the returned one(s).
g. We will not accept any product(s) not purchased directly from Noorart, and such product(s) will be discarded.
h. No COD returns will be accepted. We do not accept packages marked return to sender.
i. Returns from Canada or overseas: Please contact Noorart (returns@noorart.com, or call us at 1-888-442-5687 or 972-234-9108) before shipping for full instructions. j. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of us receiving your return.
k. Wholesale and special orders are not returnable unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
Returns with Noorart are easy!
Start Your Return Process:
1) Fill out the form below.
2) If you are returning damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item(s), please email us at returns@noorart.com to request a prepaid shipping label.
3) If you are returning an item(s) that didn’t satisfy you for any reason, please ship it to us with the filled out return form. We recommend using UPS or FedEx for better reliability, insurance, and customer service.
4) Affix the return UPS label that we send to you, or the address label (located on the front of the packing slip), to the outside of the package and send. Wrap the package securely, and use the original shipping box if it still in good condition. Books must be packed carefully. They should be placed in a sturdy box with plenty of packing. Do not stand the books on end. The carton should be reinforced with strong tape.
5) Please allow your return enough mail delivery time to reach us.

Step 3: TELL US HOW YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR RETURN HANDLED:
ð Issue store credit to my account.
ð Issue credit to my credit card.
ð Replace damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise.
ð Exchange the items returned for other products. (Please indicate your choice on the packing slip or on a separate sheet of paper. We will calculate the difference and refund/charge your credit card for you).
