Where's my order?
Once your order is approved and shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. All shipping methods we use provide a tracking number. Simply Google the tracking number and you will know where the order is at that moment. Alternatively, you can click on the “My Account” tab at the top of the screen. Click on “See Orders” listed under the title “Orders”, then click on the date for the order you wish to track. You will see the tracking number here, which you can then click on to track shipping progress.

If you haven’t received an email with the tracking number within two business days of placing the order, check your junk mail folder. Contact us if the email is not there so we can inform you of your order’s status.

We ship world-wide, to all addresses. We also ship to APO/FPO and prison addresses in the USA. We’ve prepared a comparison table to help explain all the shipping methods we use.

Can you gift wrap an order for me?
Unfortunately we don't provide this service anymore, but we want you to know that the packing slip we provide with the order doesn’t contain item prices or the total order amount. Invoices are only sent via email to the person who placed the order.

How do you compensate for returned items?
As per our return policy, you will have the option to either get a refund or store credit for items sent back through an approved return. The refund will be initiated (or the store credit added to your account) once we receive the items, and are sure they follow our return policy. Please note that items returned without our approval and those not covered by our return policy will not be compensated.

Shipping Calculation
Shipping costs are calculated in real time by the carrier you choose to ship with (UPS or USPS), according to the shipping method, order weight, and shipping address. Please note that a handling fee is added to each order based on ordered items. The actual percentage depends on the shipping method chosen.

You can use the shipping estimator before registering to find the least expensive shipping method based on your order weight and shipping address.

Drop Shipment Addresses
You can add drop shipment addresses to have orders sent directly to them. After changing the shipping address and submitting your order, remember to return the address back to your default one.

To change the default address:
  1. Go to the "My Account" page.

  2. Click the "Edit Your Profile" link.
  3. Click the "Change" button underneath the shipping address section.
  4. Click the "Use this Address" button beside the address you would like to be your default address.

Shipping to the Virgin Islands
USPS considers the Virgin Islands a US state; to ship to this address, add United States as the Country and VI as the State in the shipping fields.
* UPS does not ship to the Virgin Islands.

Canadian Shipping Special
For our valued customers in Canada we are now able to offer discounted brokerage charges with UPS for your convenience. For order under $20.00 there is now no charge for brokerage. For orders $20.00 to $200.00 there will be a flat rate fee of $10.00. This offer is only valid for Residential Addresses. Taxes are in addition to this.
