How to place order online?

After adding all items to your cart, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button to begin the checkout process.
If you would like to estimate shipping charges first, click on the “Estimate Shipping” button located beneath the item list in your cart. After entering your zip code, the cheapest shipping method will be displayed. Shipping cost depends on your zip code and total item weight.
The checkout process consists of 5 steps:

1. Register

After clicking on “Proceed to Checkout,” you will be directed to our Login screen, where you will find three options for registration.
If you have never registered on our website, then click “Continue” where it asks if you are a New Customer. Fill in the information requested and click on the “Continue” button.
If you have already registered on our website, you can log in underneath “Returning Customers.” There is a link available if you have forgotten your password. Then click “Continue”.
If you would like to pay using Google Checkout, there is no need to register on our website. You will find the “Google Checkout” button on your shopping cart page. Clicking on this button directs you to the “Google Checkout” process, where you can complete your order.

2. Address

This screen allows you to provide a new shipping or billing address, or to edit the existing one. If the address shown needs to be edited, click on the “Change” button, and make the desired corrections.

3. Shipping

Choose the desired shipping method; Noorart ships all orders using UPS and USPS. If you would like your order to be expedited, click on the “Shipping method details” link for information regarding arrival times for the shipping options provided.
You may, at this point, apply a coupon code if you have one. Coupon codes must be applied before you complete an order to receive the discount. If you would like to receive coupon codes, join our mailing list, or you can use any of the coupon codes published on the website.

4. Payment

Choose the payment method you would like to use (we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Google Checkout).
Checkout with Noorart is secure and verified by VeriSign. We protect the information you provide against loss, misuse, or alteration of data.
After entering your credit card information, you will still be able to review your order for address, shipping, and item details before finalizing your purchase.
If you have a gift certificate code, you can apply it here. Your Gift Certificate will be applied towards your purchase.

5. Review and Submit

Review your order and all data from the previous screens; you may add custom notes or instructions at this point before submitting your order. You still have the ability to change your order, if needed. Your order will not be submitted to Noorart until you press the “Submit Order” button. You will receive a confirmation email that we have received your order.

My Account:
To view your order history, click on the “My Account” tab at the top of the screen. Click on “See Orders” listed until the title “Orders”. Here you will be able to track UPS and USPS shipping. Fulfillment notification emails are also sent for each order placed online. The emails include your shipping information and a link to track the status of your package.
