I can't hear the other callers

Try these steps in this order:

1. Please make sure that your headset is connected correctly
2. Check the volume of your PC and headset
   
   If mute. then unmute.   if low. then increase the volume.
3. Is there a message displayed on your screen to join Integrated VoIP?
   If so, please click 'Yes'.
   If no, you have to start the conference again by going to Communicate, Integrated VoIP, and press Start Conference.



4. Check the volume by going to Communicate, Integrated VoIP, and then Volume.

   

5. Restart the session on your computer. (Using Internet Explorer (IE) is preferred to join the session again)
6. Restart your computer.

I hear an echo.

Try these steps in this order:

1. Check that you have only one window of the webinar session open.
   Sometimes customers press the join button twice, so, they join the webinar as two attendees, and an echo can be heard.
2. Try lowering the sound level (volume) a little.

I can't see or hear anything, and the page is showing this message: "Click Yes if the security warning dialog box appears."

You need to run the Java Plug-in on your PC (based on browser)., If you are using Google Chrome, press, "Run this time" or try another browser (Ex: Internet Explorer)
