This series is aimed at teaching and developing the linguistic skills of non-Arabic speaking children. Some of the main objectives include:
1. Making Arabic appealing to the students and enabling them to understand the meaning of words when they hear them.
2. Teaching students to read Arabic loudly and accurately with full understanding of the meaning of the text.
3. Providing the students with a wide vocabulary to ease the formation of accurate Arabic sentences.
4. Learning the characteristics of the Islamic and Arab culture.
5. Enabling students to study the other courses in Arabic.

Through all of this, students will be able to recite the Holy Quran and understand its meaning, as well as perform the religious rituals in Arabic.
This series is based on psychological, linguistic, cultural, educational, and social grounds. Therefore, the students will learn the linguistic skills in the following order:
1. Listening
2. Talking
3. Reading
4. Writing

We would like to mention the teaching methods that we recommend for teaching the different linguistic skills. The goals of teaching listening and talking skills are:
1. Becoming familiar with Arabic phonetics.
2. Recognizing the change of meaning when changing stress or tone in the sentence.
3. Enabling students to imitate the teacher in the pronunciation.
4. Enabling students to understand whatever they hear.
5. Enabling students to follow up with Arab discussions.
6. Enabling students to talk in Arabic normally like native Arabic speakers.

The teaching method of reading skills will be done according to the “Synthesis method”, which refer the following methods:
1. The overall method
2. The partial method
3. The synthetic method
4. The analytic method
5. The phonetic method

The method used to teach writing skills throughout the books of this series is direct dictation, which refer the different types of dictation:
1. Oral dictation
2. Visual dictation
3. Audible dictation
4. Test dictation

The time schedule:
The books in this series are school textbooks, so the planned time for each lesson is measured according to the standard class session time of 45 minutes. Each class is called a study hour.  This means that the specified days for studying this book increase or decrease according to the scheduled hours that are allotted for it daily.

The language used in teaching:
The mentor who is responsible for teaching is required to do the talking, explaining, analyzing, and/or discussion in standard Arabic and shall not use any intermediate language, regardless of what that language is.

    6. وهذا كله من شأنه أن يعين الدارسين على تلاوة القرآن الكريم وفهم معانيه وأداء الشعائر الدينية باللغة العربية
  • وتقوم هذه السلسلة على خمسة أسس رئيسية هى:

    3. الأسس الثقافية
    4. الأسس التربوية
    5. الأسس الاجتماعية
  • ومن هنا سوف يتم تعليم الدارسين المهارات اللغوية حسب الترتيب التالى:

ونود الإشارة هنا إلى طرق التدريس التى نوصى باتباعها فى تدريس المهارات اللغوية المختلفة:
  • مهارتا الاستماع والحديث: تدريس مهارتى الاستماع والحديث يهدف إلى:
    1. إلف الدارسين للأصوات العربية
    2. أن يدرك الدارسون تغير المعنى بتغير النبر أو التنغيم فى الجملة الواحدة
    3. تمكين الدارسين من محاكاة المدرس فى النطق
    4. تمكين الدارسين من فهم المسموع إليه
    5. القدرة على متابعة الاستماع إلى الأحاديث العربية
    6. القدرة على التحدث باللغة العربية حديثًا عاديًّا مماثلا لحديث أبنائها
  • مهارة القراءة: طريقة تدريس مهارة القراءة سوف تسير حسب ما يسميه علماء التربية بالطريقة (التوليفية) التى تقوم على الاستفادة من الطرق الآتية:
    1. الطريقة الكلية
    2. الطريقة الجزئية
    3. الطريقة التركيبية
    4. الطريقة التحليلية
    5. الطريقة الصوتية
