My Fun Letters book is for the first stage of kindergarten and My Fun Words for the second stage of kindergarten are a step to rebuild a civilization which started education beginning at infancy.
About the new My Fun Words book:
A suitable book for second stage kindergarten kids who mastered the letters of the Arabic language, how to write it and trained on them.
The book introduces children characters: Ahmad and Zaynab. They are five years old.
All the curriculum words revolve around them and we made sure that the first word the child learns in this book is زرع (planted) so we can plant the concept of work and building civilization in children's minds.
Each word in the book has a picture so that the child wouldn't read a word he doesn't know its meaning but looks at the picture, understands the meaning and knows the word. Then he knows how to write it and compares it with other similar words, and so My Fun Words book is good for Muslim children who were born in the western world whose parents want to teach them the Arabic language because by looking at the picture, learning and understanding is easy.
The book in its first part discusses three main chapters: Al-Fatha, Al-Dumma, and Al-Kasra, wherein the child learns to read words of three letters only so it's easy to read and understand.
In the second book, however, there are four chapters: Al-Sukoon, Al-Mad Bi Al-Alif, Al-Mad Bi Al-Waw, and Al-Mad Bi Al-Ya’. It starts gradually with the child reading at the beginning of this book words consisting of two letters, then of three letters, then of four letters, then he reads sentences of two or three words. The book mixes between education, fun, making special experiments, fun artworks and telling pleasant stories.
He surpasses his classmates!
This book prepares the child for first grade because it graduates a child who can read to read 185 words, who is able to join the first grade curriculum without a time to prepare or to review or to introduce the basics.
The child who studied My Fun Letters book and My Fun Words book and graduated from kindergarten precedes his classmates in first grade because he can read simple stories while his classmates are still reviewing the alphabet.
Raising the Level of Education This is an invitation for the educators of public and private schools to apply this curriculum to raise the level of education in the Arab world and interests the child to learn the Arabic language. This curriculum with these two productions combines education, fun, amusement, painting, coloring and hearing stories. We won't miss to invite the one in charge of kindergarten to invest these two years of the child's life in the correct establishment of Arabic language through excitement.
Goals of this book:
Publishing a special curriculum for the second stage of kindergarten
Teaching the principles of reading and writing on a correct basis
Raising children to love their beautiful Arabic language
Achieving a distinguished addition to Arabic library in education field
New in this book:
Logical process in teaching the principles of Arabic language
Presenting the curriculum in a modern way that makes the child draw, color, and makes things with his hands
Entertainment, fun, and amusement through connecting letters with pictures, art works and stories
Planting the correct concepts through presenting some stories from the Holy Qur’an and the sunnah
Dealing with the word as a building and the child as a builder
Our ambition: To build a complete curriculum to teach reading and writing for all school stages where "My Fun Letters" book is the cornerstone.
This series consists of 4 levels containing 2 parts each, with a student and teacher book, as well as two supplemental books.

Many years have passed and our children in kindergarten spend their time in playing and learning to share, asking for permission and work with groups, but they have missed a chance to study a serial curriculum to Arabic language that combines fun, entertainment and benefit, and makes our children resemble the first generation who established Muslim's civilization on their hands, a time when they started learning reading and writing at the age of four. My Fun Letters book is not the first attempt in composing material for kindergarten. A lot of writers tried before us and the market is filled with books which teach children letters and some words. Also, a lot of them had successful attempts in writing special systematic books, but our book My Fun Letters is distinctive with:
Combining language and pleasure, science, entertainment, religion and ethics, because the child doesn't learn letters only, but also hears a story, looks at the pictures, memorizes the name of the animals and does a scientific experiment that he draws and amuses himself.
Big pictures and large fonts suit young children who haven't reached the age of five. These words and pictures were carefully chosen to fit the prescribed age.
Relating the child with the Arabic environment through teaching him words such as: dates, mountains, wool, lizard, gerbil, and scorpions.
Helping the child to comprehend 9 stories mentioned in the Qur'an and sunnah so he can see the attractive pictures and colors them in order to understand the story better.
The modern style in writing that turns learning into pleasure and amusement instead of the old style of indoctrinate and memorization.
The Method of Writing The child in this age is ready to receive simple, fun, exciting information that satisfies his imagination and playing, and so:
We chose words that start with the conquest and are easily explained through clear pictures.
We relate each letter with a name of an animal, a plant or an object so the child would look at the pictures, enjoy knowing the details and at the same time, learn the letter and memorize the word – without knowing how to write it - because the purpose of this book My Fun Letters is: the child will know the alphabet, to enrich his Arabic language with 120 basic words addressed by the book, and to make him love the Arabic language.
We use a number of letters to point to some of pillars of Islam (Arkaan Al-Islaam) and some places: س (saa): Salah + Syam ر (raa): Ramadan م (meem): Makkah, masjid, & Muhammad (s) غ (gha): Ghaar Hira’ + Ghaar Thawr ج (Jeem): Jabal ‘Arafa ز (Zain): Zakaat ك (Kaf): Ka’bah
We chose some stories of the prophets, the prophets' wives, and some stories from Prophet Muhammad's (s) biography, like: هـ (haa): Haajar, the wife of Prophet Ibraheem (pbuh). ي (Yaa): Prophet Yoonis (pbuh) and Yaqteen the pumpkin. ح (haa): Hayya, the snake of Prophet Moosa (pbuh). م (meem): Mawlid - the birth of Prophet Muhammad (s).
We joined teaching the Arabic language with exciting activities by inserting works of art, drawing and coloring. For example: a. Making a crown out of paper when studying the letter ت (taa). b. Making a snake out of clay when studying the letter ح (haa). c. Making a house out of rock when studying the letter ص (saa) d. Planting barley when studying the letter ش (sheen).
In This Book: After we taught Fun Reading to children at the age of four, and the outcome was great and encouraging, and so we transferred this idea into a curricular scholastic idea taught in schools in cooperation with a special education company, and a teacher's edition was prepared for the teacher so he can be a guiding light for other teachers. We ask Allah (swt) His acceptance and that this book would be a new door for a new era to kindergarten.
The Goals of This Book
Place a special curriculum for first graders and kindergarten.
Teaching reading and writing principles on a solid foundation.
Raising children on the love of their beautiful language.

This curriculum is designed for teaching Arabic as a second language for children in the West. This curriculum is unique in that it does not depend on other curriculums for teaching Arabic as a first language. It is especially designed for children, using attractive and interesting techniques, in addition to coloring activities and illustrations.
Teachers and educators should consider the following key points in using this curriculum:
Teach Arabic letters by their sounds, not their names.
Do not teach alphabetical order.
Teach lots of vocabulary and correct students' pronunciation as they learn vocabulary.
Use only classical Arabic; do not respond to children in their first language.
Connect the Arabic language to Islamic concepts. For example, alif is for Allah and ba is for bismillah.
This book is divided into two levels; the first level is for ages 4–5 and it familiarizes students with pronunciation of words that are pronounced using the lips.
A series prepared by a team of specialists in education.

The Key to Arabic: Book 2 builds on reading and writing skills taught in the first book by introducing students to simple sentence structures and key aspects of Arabic grammar, together with a basic vocabulary of well over three hundred words and expressions. Students are taught how to greet and say goodbye to people, how to introduce themselves, describe where they live, and speak about their nationality. They are also taught some aspects of everyday etiquette. Through this book, students gain an understanding of non-verbal and verbal sentences and are introduced to past and present tense verbs in their simplest singular forms. They also learn about attached and detached singular pronouns, uses of the 3 different cases (nominative, accusative, and genitive), masculine and feminine nouns and adjectives, interrogatives (questioning words), adverbs, prepositions, and many other points of grammar. Explanations are kept short and simple, and the use of color coding throughout the book assists students in learning to recognize the various case endings and verb conjugations more readily. Extensive exercises throughout the book provide ample opportunity for reinforcement and application of the topics covered.
Books seek to set the written expression as an enjoyable activity.

About the new My Fun Words book:
It is appropriate for kindergarten students who have mastered writing their Arabic letters.
It introduces two new characters: five-year-old Ahmad and Zaynab.
It uses words that revolve around the students. The first word students learn in this book is زرع (planted), so that the concept of work and building will be planted in their minds.
Each word in the book has an accompanying picture so that students who encounter a word they don't know can use the picture to understand it. They can write it and compare it to similar words. The My Fun Wordsbook is good for Muslim children born in the West whose parents want to teach them the Arabic language. By looking at the pictures, learning and understanding becomes easy.
Part 1 has three chapters: Al-Fatha, Al-Damma, and Al-Kasra. Students learn to read three-letter words, which are easy to read and understand.
Part 2 has four chapters: Al-Sukun, Al-Madd bil-Alif, Al-Madd bil-Waw, and Al-Madd bil-Ya. Students begin with two-letter words, then read three-letter words, then four-letter words, until they can read sentences of two or three words. The book combines education with fun through special experiments, fun artwork, and pleasant stories.
Raising the Level of Education
This book prepares students for first grade because it graduates a child who can read 185 words and who is able to begin first grade without needing time to prepare, to review, or to introduce the basics. Children who study the My Fun Letters book and the My Fun Words book and graduate from kindergarten are ahead of their classmates in first grade because they can read simple stories while their classmates are still reviewing the alphabet.
This is an invitation for educators at public and private schools to use this curriculum to raise the level of education in the Arab world and to interest students in Arabic language education. This curriculum combines education, fun, amusement, painting, coloring, and stories. Everyone in charge of a preschool or kindergarten class is invited to invest these two years of their student's lives getting them excited about the Arabic language.
Goals of this book:
Publishing a special curriculum for preschool and kindergarten
Teaching the principles of reading and writing correctly
Raising children to love their beautiful Arabic language
Adding a distinguished work to the field of Arabic language education

This textbook is a fun and systematic approach to teaching children the Arabic language. The Arabic library is filled with books and ways to teach children the principles of the Arabic language. Shelves are packed with these types of reference books because of:
The weakness of the Arabic language curriculum in Arab countries, where children prefer to learn other languages that use more creative and colorful methods of teaching.
The decision of the Ministry of Education to teach the Arabic language using the same approach as is used to teach English, an approach that has failed miserably when teaching Arabic.
The lack of an engaging production style that would encourage children to learn and love Arabic.
Old New Methods. The evening clubs in Kuwait and the Arabic Gulf have been crowded with new teaching methods, which have added some new elements to the quality of teaching. Because of this, the number of children who can read at an early age has increased. However, these methods were based on the old, traditional style that is modeled on the book style of learning. Thus, instead of developing a love of the Arabic language, the child comes to hate it.
The book I Read is an essential addition and heralds a new style in teaching. It uses beautiful pictures and illustrations, clear vibrant colors, and an effective approach that successfully combines learning with fun.
Why this book? My Fun World Library published the second edition of the Fun Reading book after the first edition sold out. More than 3,000 children have learned the Arabic language’s grammar and skills from My Fun World Library. As a result, we changed the name and added more content, so that the book I Read is a new spin on Fun Reading. This new release features:
A systematic method to teaching children the Arabic language that supports a partial, incomplete approach. What we mean by this is that we teach children the letters first; then, how to join three letters to make words with fatha, kasra, damma, and madd; then, al-lam al-qamaria and al-shamsia are added; followed by al-taa al-marboota and al-maftoha; and finally, al-hamza.
A production style, colors, and games that are designed to attract and engage young children in the educational process, making it fun and exciting.
Pictures to explain the meaning of the words so that children can understand the words without asking the meaning.
Puzzles, coloring, matching, shading, and other fun tools to engage children.
Stories, which add excitement and delight, while providing a rich knowledge base.
New skills previously not included, such as the al-taa al-marboota, al-maftooha, and al-hamza, to complete the skills a child needs to be able to read and write the Arabic language in its different forms.
Cartoon characters that provide more reading fun. The reader will notice that we have included two new characters in the first part and two in the second part.
This book is suitable for:

What is special about this book?
Gradual practice on the child's reading skill
Using colors and beautiful pictures in composing stories
Enriches the child's culture when reading the stories of the book
Clear formation and large handwriting that helps the child to understand the story
Engage the skills of the Arabic language with the fun stories
The stories contributes in cultivating the child's personality, in creating fertile imagination and enriches his lingual outcome. Foreign institutions have begun composing stories for infants who are six months old. They used to print these stories on non-paper and non-melting material in the infant's mouth. And so children of the West got used to it and thus love reading and writing throughout their life, but in our Arab world, the child can't read until he is ten years old and has acquired the Arabic language skills. Therefore, composing My Fun Reading book was not a simple thing because it addresses the child who is still learning simple words and doesn't have a big vocabulary that helps him to understand the story, so we made sure to choose words that the child can read, and used clear beautiful pictures to explain what we couldn't write.
We put My Fun Reading book in your hands after the effort of many years in writing the story in addition to drawing, forming, simplifying, reviewing, directing and editing. We picked eleven stories that suit children in this little age and concluded the book with a beautiful play and artwork the child can do with his teacher.
This series consists of 4 levels containing 2 parts each, with a student and teacher book, as well as two supplemental books.
This book continues the journey of skills that we started for children in kindergarten.

This book:
Teaches Arabic language skills in a fun way, using amusing stories from the Prophet’s (pbuh) time to enrich the child's culture.
Contains beautiful script, that has been drawn by hand and with a computer.
Combines beautiful production with fun pictures and games that are suitable to this age group and make education joyful.
This book continues the journey of skills that began in Preschool, where children learned the letters of the Arabic language using My Fun Letters book. They combined education and fun by doing art projects, hearing fun stories, and looking at beautiful pictures. In Kindergarten, they learned how to read simple words using al-fatha, al-damma, al-kasra, and al-sukoon. They also learned al-madd with alif, yaa, and waw through the fun and engaging atmosphere of the My Fun Letters book. At the end of Kindergarten, children knew how to read and understand 184 words through the pictures that show what each word means.
Because these children exceeded other children in learning the skills of the Arabic language, we had to create a new edition to allow them to continue learning in the first grade. They need skills like al-shadda, al-tanween, al-laam al-shamsiah and al-qamariah, and al-taa al-marboota and al-maftooha so that they can master reading. This book contains games, stories, and carefully-chosen exercises, so that children can not only learn, but also love the Arabic language.
This book helps the 1st grade teacher to teach children the skills they need to master reading, and it is considered a supporting curriculum for the ministry curriculum. The series consists of 4 levels, containing 2 parts each, with a student book, a teacher book, and two supplemental books.
